We did want to take a moment to point out, though, that the disruption you experienced on the afternoon of May 27th was not the result of an outage at Go Daddy. In fact, the issue was the unfortunate result of a problem that affected only users of a specific Internet Service
Provider. Although the problem cut those customers off from accessing our services, it was completely outside of our control. Luckily, the
problem only lasted a short period, and our engineers were in contact with the affected Internet Service Provider during that time in order to offer our assistance and help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
